In 2023, Gallico Systems faced a complex and time-sensitive challenge at Station Quarter, a new-build residential development in Northamptonshire. The brief required five fully mechanical smoke ventilation systems, designed to protect residents while meeting the highest standards of fire safety and energy efficiency.
Sertus was appointed to design, manufacture, and supply certified smoke ventilation products that could be installed quickly and perform reliably long-term. Working closely with both the main contractor and Gallico Systems, our goal was to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations Approved Documents B and L – all within a demanding schedule.
